His services are honest, reliable, reasonably priced and he makes the process seamless, easy and convenient. Jim was extremely understanding, respectful and sensitive regarding our worry of loss of data - we had a lot of images of a loved one who has passed away. He did his best to ensure all was recovered, and lucky for us it was. Jim and his services are highly recommended and we will use him again.
