……– August 2013 Recently I had a lot of problems with my laptop. It was not working well at all!!! I didn’t have explained Jim what was wrong with my laptop using technical jargon… He‘s just looked and said: ‘No problem, I can fix it”. I live on a farm in a rural area of SA and never for the life of me expected to be told that I could have the cracked screen of my lap top computer fixed while I waited. You have no idea how often I get told, “sorry we don’t have the spare part that you need, but we can get it in for you”. This always means a lengthy time delay and another trip to town, which is always more expense.
