My laptop was dropped and the screen cracked and needed replacing. I rang APCR and received a quote within hours which I then forwarded to my insurance company. I didn’t have explained Jim what was wrong with my laptop using technical jargon… He‘s just looked and said: ‘No problem, I can fix it”. I left my laptop for repair on Friday afternoon and collect it Monday morning. It’s running in tip top shape now. Not only very good service but also affordable price! Try this service….

Once a second fault was dsicovered by myself Jim had a courier to my door within the hour for pick up . . . no additional charge to myself.

I live on a farm in a rural area of SA and never for the life of me expected to be told that I could have the cracked screen of my lap top computer fixed while I waited. You have no idea how often I get told, “sorry we don’t have the spare part that you need, but we can get it in for you”. This always means a lengthy time delay and another trip to town, which is always more expense.
Word of mouth advertising, when it is positive, is the best form of advertising you can get. I will certainly be telling my friends about the great service that I received.
