How to Pack Your Device
Follow these steps before the courier arrives

1Label the outside of the box
Write your full name, contact phone number, booking reference (from your confirmation email), and your return address clearly on the outside of the box.

2Use original packaging if possible
Pack the device in its original manufacturer’s box with the foam inserts. Add a layer of bubble wrap for extra protection, even if the original packaging is used.

3No original packaging? No problem
Wrap your device completely in bubble wrap, then place it in a sturdy cardboard box. Fill all empty gaps with bubble wrap, foam, or scrunched paper — the device must not be able to move inside the box.

4Include your charger if relevant
Place the charger/power adapter in a separate bag inside the box. Do not include unrelated accessories unless asked by APCR.
