……– A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me….. ……– My older lap top ended up having multiple faults and Jim promptly fixed them all without charging any additional amount from his orignial quote even though it must have taken him much longer to fix.
Once a second fault was dsicovered by myself Jim had a courier to my door within the hour for pick up . . . no additional charge to myself.
Im very happy with the service, will use again and will recomoend to my friends.

……– When I believed (as suggested by a local computer repairer) that my Dell Studio 15 laptops blank screen would cost up to $300 to repair/replace!! Jim replaced the screen inverter card and in 45 minutes it was as good as new. Jim price was $50 for labour and I was happy. ……– Jim is a gem. he fixed my daughter’s broken laptop srceen when we were desperate. He quoted (much cheaper than others) then picked it up (we live on the other side of town) and returned it! Also when I have any questions or need advise on a new purchase he spends time talking with me, researching for me and responding to me asap so I can proceed immediately. Thank you Jim.
