……– We had some internet problems and rang Optus but they were no help at all. Jim fixed it for us and we were online within about half an hour which was good as my daughter had to get her homework finished for school. I think we paid about $80 which was fair I thought. Will use them again.

……– I recently up-graded my desk top computer from XP to Windows 8.1 using Adelaide PC. Repairs. It was something I wanted to do for sometime, but was reluctant due to what I thought as a problem regarding the Auto Arrange of photo’s not being available in Vista, Windows 7 and 8.1. After explaining this to Jim and demonstrating my problem, he was able to advise of several options available to me. Something I had not obtained from other PC experts. The fact that he took the time to research the problem and come up with the answer was enough to convince me to have my computer left with his business. ……– August 2013 Recently I had a lot of problems with my laptop. It was not working well at all!!! I didn’t have explained Jim what was wrong with my laptop using technical jargon… He‘s just looked and said: ‘No problem, I can fix it”. I left my laptop for repair on Friday afternoon and collect it Monday morning. It’s running in tip top shape now. Not only very good service but also affordable price! Try this service….

……– A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me….. Highly recommended :)

……– Recovered the data I was told elsewhere was lost from an external hard drive. Had the drive couriered to and from my home and with return wrote a referring letter which assisted in having damaged hard drive replaced. Very happy and will call Jim again.
