I live on a farm in a rural area of SA and never for the life of me expected to be told that I could have the cracked screen of my lap top computer fixed while I waited. You have no idea how often I get told, “sorry we don’t have the spare part that you need, but we can get it in for you”. This always means a lengthy time delay and another trip to town, which is always more expense.
Word of mouth advertising, when it is positive, is the best form of advertising you can get. I will certainly be telling my friends about the great service that I received.

……– A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me….. ……– Jim is a gem. he fixed my daughter’s broken laptop srceen when we were desperate. He quoted (much cheaper than others) then picked it up (we live on the other side of town) and returned it! Also when I have any questions or need advise on a new purchase he spends time talking with me, researching for me and responding to me asap so I can proceed immediately. Thank you Jim. ……– I needed my laptop screen repaired but I work full time so was unable to drop it off anywhere during normal working hours. Jim arranged for my laptop to be picked up from my home around 8am, before I left for work. It was fixed the next day and he then arranged to have it dropped back to my home at 8am so that again there was no interruption to my working day. I am so impressed by the service provided!

……– My older lap top ended up having multiple faults and Jim promptly fixed them all without charging any additional amount from his orignial quote even though it must have taken him much longer to fix.
Once a second fault was dsicovered by myself Jim had a courier to my door within the hour for pick up . . . no additional charge to myself.
Im very happy with the service, will use again and will recomoend to my friends.
