……– I recently booked my pc in to get a virus cleanout and I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Jim , my pc was picked up extremely quick from my house and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening with my pc , and they gave me some great advice and also the price was very cheap , all in all it was great service and a great result , keep up the good work guys. ……– My older lap top ended up having multiple faults and Jim promptly fixed them all without charging any additional amount from his orignial quote even though it must have taken him much longer to fix.
Once a second fault was dsicovered by myself Jim had a courier to my door within the hour for pick up . . . no additional charge to myself.

……– Just wanted to say we experienced the best service from APCR ever. The customer service (of which is totally lacking in society today) was the best service I have experienced in decades. My laptop was dropped and the screen cracked and needed replacing. I rang APCR and received a quote within hours which I then forwarded to my insurance company. When I received the cheque from the insurance company I rang APCR who arranged to have my laptop picked up, repaired and back to me with a week. I didn’t need to drop off, pick up, call or anything. Thank you so much and well done guys! I would highly recommend you to anyone.

……– I needed my laptop screen repaired but I work full time so was unable to drop it off anywhere during normal working hours. Jim arranged for my laptop to be picked up from my home around 8am, before I left for work. It was fixed the next day and he then arranged to have it dropped back to my home at 8am so that again there was no interruption to my working day. I am so impressed by the service provided!

Extremely fast response from initial contact via both email and mobile phone. Due to having blackbery email/text is my first choice of communication so very impressed with form of communication. Organised and efficient from the onset and continued with til the end:)
