……– After having emailed a list of the problems with my pc, Jim advised he would need to take the computer off site to repair. He was on time for the pick-up, was more than happy to return it after hours. He returned a second time when some of the same problems arose, and also did some adjustments by remote hook up, and did not charge any extra fees. I was most impressed with the service and have already recommended him to a number of friends and clients who are looking for quality computer services at a reasonable price.

……– My computer ran super slow on start-up. Jim called out took the computer away for a couple of days and returned it running like it was jet propelled. Even though the hard drive was replaced, all my programs and files were reinstalled. Jim even downloaded and installed the latest drivers. now everything runs just tickety boo, and all at I price I was happy to pay. You can’t get better than that.

……– A year after I got my Alienware m17x laptop it started overheating and crashing, I couldn’t even play games on the lowest graphics setting. I live on a farm in a rural area of SA and never for the life of me expected to be told that I could have the cracked screen of my lap top computer fixed while I waited. You have no idea how often I get told, “sorry we don’t have the spare part that you need, but we can get it in for you”. This always means a lengthy time delay and another trip to town, which is always more expense.
Word of mouth advertising, when it is positive, is the best form of advertising you can get. I will certainly be telling my friends about the great service that I received.

……– I recently up-graded my desk top computer from XP to Windows 8.1 using Adelaide PC. Repairs. It was something I wanted to do for sometime, but was reluctant due to what I thought as a problem regarding the Auto Arrange of photo’s not being available in Vista, Windows 7 and 8.1. ……– A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me…..
