……– A virus went through my computer and “ate” all my photos and files (Which I had not backed up). Jim found all of them and my files and returned everything back to normal…..No more tears for me!! Over 8,000 photos of memories thanks to Jim back where they should be…..(And also now on a external hard drive – a lesson learnt!!) :) Very, very happy with this service, especially seeing I didn’t have to leave my home, they did it all for me….. Highly recommended :)

……– We had some internet problems and rang Optus but they were no help at all. Jim fixed it for us and we were online within about half an hour which was good as my daughter had to get her homework finished for school. I think we paid about $80 which was fair I thought. Will use them again.

……– I recently booked my pc in to get a virus cleanout and I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Jim , my pc was picked up extremely quick from my house and I was kept up to date with everything that was happening with my pc , and they gave me some great advice and also the price was very cheap , all in all it was great service and a great result , keep up the good work guys. ……– After having emailed a list of the problems with my pc, Jim advised he would need to take the computer off site to repair. He was on time for the pick-up, was more than happy to return it after hours. He returned a second time when some of the same problems arose, and also did some adjustments by remote hook up, and did not charge any extra fees. I was most impressed with the service and have already recommended him to a number of friends and clients who are looking for quality computer services at a reasonable price.

……– I needed my laptop screen repaired but I work full time so was unable to drop it off anywhere during normal working hours. Jim arranged for my laptop to be picked up from my home around 8am, before I left for work. It was fixed the next day and he then arranged to have it dropped back to my home at 8am so that again there was no interruption to my working day. I am so impressed by the service provided!
